It's normal to feel confused during this extraordinary time of awakening. It's also normal if you have felt alone or misunderstood by those around you. I'm here to tell you - you are not alone! We're remembering that there is a part of us that exists beyond what we perceive in the physical reality. We are part of a collective consciousness. We are transitioning the bridge between our perceptions, experiences, life stories, karma and our multi-dimensional being-ness. And we are ready to find our soul tribe to support us in this journey.
Working with the 'bigger picture'
Life moves in cycles, part of a continuous growth and expansion from feelings of limitation and separation to one of unity and wholeness. As we change we are open up to so much 'new' information as we awaken our conscious awareness . Perhaps you have had this inner knowing of something more, different and it has lain dormant as life takes over. This awakening you are going through is becoming conscious of "More" in a more expanded way; living from the heart, balancing masculine and feminine energies and bridging heaven / earth. And this doesn't mean we don't find our inner/wounded child acting out from it's own story; what it means is that when we bridge the spiritual/physical, we change our experiences, shift our frequency and vibration by coming from a higher perspective - the soul's perspective and our multi-dimensional self.

We all have unique gifts and talents and your soul knows this...yet we've had years of conditioning to come from the 'small' self. Ego in separation creates all sorts of fears, doubts and beliefs that block us from moving forward. Passion is the start of bridging change; it's joy, love, excitement, grace and moving into a deeper awareness of who you are. Passion is very feminine and comes from the heart. We are moving from a masculine power/control energy and remembering to co-exist in balance with the divine feminine. Yet for eons we've hidden this side in many lifetimes.

We tend to crave security and safety from our humanness, though this also keeps us stuck in the matrix of patterns, repeating the same story. About me:
Over the past 20 years I have looked at different modalities in health and well-being, starting with psychotherapy training back in 2002. During this time I have continued to learn and grow and I use integrative methods such as colour, sound, breath work, nature, mantras, quantum physics and scared geometry to incorporate within a counselling/coaching framework.
I spent 15 years working in television as a producer/director researching, writing stories and filming participants for programmes. We all have a story and the art of a good documentary is being able to see people's emotional reactions to situations. This creates the drama. After 7 years on stage as an actress language and how we hold our body is a big part of I how l listen and see patterns.
As a clairsentient, I feel and hear what people say. What we experience and our inner dialogue is mirrored in our lives; energy psychology techniques are key tools to shift, transform and bridge the experience of the soul with the minds' story and the body's drama. We are going through incredible shifts on the planet as we awaken consciousness. Transformation and being able to bridge change is not only my journey but my passion to share.
April's (2019) Issue of Spirit & Destiny featured a masterclass with me and the Colour Mirrors system. I also regularly write and was asked by a PR Company to research colour psychology and it's use in understanding design. This was subsequently used in various media publications. "Colour zones key to boosting performance at work say experts"..."Dale Office interiors spoke to a number of top colour psychologists and design consultants to find out how colour zones can affect productivity".
